  Recently came into the store to check out the offers and Vanessa helped me out right after dealing with a very rude customer with the best customer service I have seen by far in any store. Very attentive and listened to everything I said and could not have answered any better than she did. The staff was very helpful as well when she asked others to verify so she was giving me correct information on the plans and phones. Thank you again Vanessa for your hard work! And thank you to the other reps that helped out as well!

  Came in to the store and was greeted by a Vanessa. I asked her if she could help me install my screen protector because the employees at the other store across the street did not have time to do it. Vanessa gladly helped me out and did a great job
