  Though they acknowledged multiple times that they made the incorrect, irreversible alterations to the three items of clothing which I had brought to them, they refused to take financial responsibility. The best I was offered was about 40% of the value in cash and another 40% in a gift card for the store, in spite of showing them the receipts they requested. Now I have three useless items. I'll never see these people again, but for small claims court. I've never had an experience so completely negative with any business or service. Beware.
