  I brought a brand new watch, in box, to be sized and I was helped by the "manager" and a regular employee. I told them I didn't have to have them help me but they pushed me to use their service. They took my watch into the "back" just where i couldn't see and hammered it multiple times. We went through this for a while and they played with it until it fit me finally, decently. Still not 100% on their "perfect fit". During the process the "manager" said if we resize it too much it'll scratch the face. Afterwards I noticed scratches on the lock, luckily not the face, and went back but they told me it wasn't them, and did nothing. I know watch resizing shouldn't result in damage. It can be done without real hammering even. I was very disappointed.
