  My father wanted his hat cleaned and shaped, so I took it into Bootbarn in Modesto when we got there they said they weren't doing any at the moment because of the holidays and them Being backed up, understandable. So I called the boot barn in Tracy spoke to I believe a Raquel to possibly see if they were backed up and she said no, she said they had no line, I explained to her what I was told at the Modesto one and she said that they would do it so I drove from Modesto to Tracy. When I got there a female named Stephanie and an older white woman said that they had to turn on the steamer and everything would be done in about an hour, she took down my number and told me they were going to call me. I told them it was fine that I would kill time shopping at the mall, 2 hours later when I still hadn't heard from them I went to the store and asked if it was going to be much longer, the older white lady, said that they hadn't even started (the hat still sitting at the counter behind them) and possibly wouldn't even be done, I told her why and she said that they were to busy, that if i wanted I could wait until the 2 o'clock people came in or even the night people(idk what she meant by that), maybe they could do it. she said that she or any of the other two girls i spoke to couldn't do it because they were to busy, and when she was telling me all this she had an attitude( honestly she seemed rascist towards me) because meanwhile I was waiting in line to ask how much longer she was helping 2 customers in front of me(who were white) but as soon as I came up to the counter she seemed rude, point blank I was veryyy disappointed in the overall service.!
